We are one of the main shareholders of RETAbet, a Basque in-person and online sports betting operator in Spain and Latin America and one of the main shareholders of Orenes Catalana de Azar, a leading distributor of slot machines for gaming establishments and bars.

RETAbet has a presence throughout Spain through its more than 2,300 retail distribution points with more than 3,000 self-service terminals located in licensed betting offices, gaming establishments, bars and casinos.

RETAbet also operates in the Spanish online market with a DGOJ general license for sports betting and other games as well as several singular licenses (Roulette, Black Jack, slot machines, horse racing, sports betting and other bets) and various regional online licenses.

The company is expanding internationally after having started operations in the Peruvian market in 2019.
